Introduction

This portfolio demonstrates how my learning developed across the Health Entrepreneurship module and critically reflects on my competencies using selected artefacts: (1) our Business Pitch, (2) Business Ecosystem mapping, and (3) the Business Proposal for MediMatch, a healthcare intern staffing service. I structure the reflection with Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle (Description, Feelings, Evaluation, Analysis, Conclusion, Action Plan) and align it to the brief’s required outcomes: to analyse the competencies needed to start and grow a healthcare venture; evaluate value proposition, team roles, business model, financing and execution; assess innovation environments and barriers; and propose recommendations for development. I maintain UK English and integrate evidence from the artefacts throughout.
