1. Health Data Governance & POPIA Compliance
   Deepen my understanding of privacy-by-design principles and develop practical skills to conduct a data protection impact assessment, ensuring that future pilots meet regulatory and ethical standards.
2. Applied Analytics & Evaluation
   Build capacity to design and execute mixed-methods evaluations, including KPI dashboards and quasi-experimental assessments, to measure the impact of MediMatch on placement satisfaction and rural retention.
3. Stakeholder Negotiation & Engagement
   Strengthen my ability to facilitate consensus with universities, councils, and the Department of Health by practising structured negotiation techniques and developing standardised partnership packs.
4. Venture Finance Literacy
   Advance my financial acumen by refining cost models, conducting pricing sensitivity analyses, and preparing short- and medium-term cash runway scenarios to support scaling decisions.
5. Strategic Communication & Influence
   Enhance my communication craftsmanship through the iterative redesign of the MediMatch pitch, development of policy briefs, and creation of targeted messages for diverse stakeholder groups.
