Our group pitch introduced MediMatch, framed the problem of misaligned internship/community-service placements, and positioned a transparent, data-driven matching solution. The artefact captures our early articulation of the value proposition and exposed how we communicate complex system issues concisely. The accompanying peer-review materials help evidence communication skill growth and responsiveness to feedback, both central to an entrepreneurial learning journey.

The ecosystem artefact mapped stakeholders (graduates, universities, hospitals, provincial/national health departments, professional councils, certification partners), flows of value/incentives, and policy dependencies. It was pivotal for systems thinking: clarifying interdependencies and leverage points. It also revealed potential bottlenecks (data access/compliance; institutional adoption) that later informed risk and rollout plans.

The proposal synthesises market/problem analysis, solution design (psychometrics + preferences + national priorities), operating model, marketing plan, financials, risks, and phased implementation. It provides concrete evidence against the brief’s outcomes: a defined business model with revenue streams (licensing, certification partnerships, subscriptions, analytics), go-to-market, pilot roadmap, and risk/mitigation.
